Shipping and Returns
Free delivery across Greenland on orders over 500 DKK. Everything is packed and dispatched from Nuuk.
Delivery
Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Nuuk: 1–2 working days. Rest of Greenland: 2–5 working days depending on route and weather. Denmark: 3–7 working days. Flat rate 49 DKK, free over 500 DKK.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Unopened cans can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to hello@snusi.gl with your order number and we send return instructions. For hygiene reasons opened cans cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days and we replace it or refund it — no return shipping needed.
